Lost, stolen or divulged PINs

Change your PIN by visiting or by calling ANZ Travel Card Customer Service on 1800 094 003 (within Australia) + 61 3 9683 7777 (when overseas) (subject to verification of your identity).

If you would like to close your ANZ Travel Card, please download the card closure form.

Note: If you have a Single Currency Travel Card that begins with the 4283 or 4705 please refer to for information relevant to your card.

To reload your card while you're away, contact your bank or financial institution to make a BPAY payment from your cheque, savings or transaction account via internet or phone banking (allow up to 4 business days). The conversion rate used will be the rate on the day ANZ receives your cleared funds from BPAY. A 1.1% Reload Fee will apply for each reload.

Please note that due to government restrictions the ANZ Travel Card cannot be used in some countries including Cuba, Iran, Syria and Burma (Myanmar).

The ANZ Travel Card is not intended to be purchased by any person who is not a resident of Australia.

The ANZ Travel Card is not able to be linked to any ANZ account and cannot be accessed via ANZ Internet Banking. To access your Card details, you will need to go to
